When we are closed

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

If you need medical help when we are closed, call 111 or NHS 111 online. NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over, they will be able to advise on the care that you need. They can organise emergency services or an ambulance if needed. The NHS 111 is staffed by fully trained advisers supported by experienced nurses, pharmacists, and doctors. The NHS 111 service is available if you require urgent medical help, but it is not a life-threatening situation.

Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Alternatively you can use out of hours services.
