Ward Round Information

About the Ward Rounds:

Trinity Medical Centre oversees the care for nine nursing and residential homes across Hove, with the ward rounds taking place over the week on specified days (unless informed otherwise).  Each home will have a registered GP allocated, and the regular rounds are carried out either by one of our Nurse Practitioners Thomas or our Physicians Associate Alastair. They will have support and supervision from the registered GP and will be available to the homes for any acute medical need as well as liaising with them to ensure that any ongoing conditions are managed/treated in an appropriate timeframe and by the most appropriate person/team.  

It is important that each home sends a list of residents that need to be included on the weekly ward round a day before the clinician is due to visit. Please include in the subject heading the date of the round and the name of the home. Please send this to:  care.homes1@nhs.net
