Our Practice Nurses are trained in providing travel advice and vaccines.
Please note: We require at least 8 weeks notice to ensure you are adequately protected for your travels. Please complete and hand in your travel risk assessment form (Travel risk assessment form) at least 8 weeks before your travel date. This is to allow us time to review your immunisation history and also allows enough time to book an appointment with one of our travel nurses. If you are unable to download the form, you can collect one from the reception desk.
