Practice team

Our non-clinical team consists of the Management Team led by Amanda Jones the Practice Manager and Steph Williams the Deputy Manager, they are supported by a fantastic team who are responsible for IT,  Patient Health Recall, Finance, Buildings Maintenance and all other operational matters. Patient Care Co-ordinators offer first line service to our patients and our Workflow Team undertake new patient registrations, on-line access requests, administer referrals and process and audit all correspondence that flows in and out the practice related to patient care. Our Prescriptions Administration Team support the Pharmacists and Technicians and the Medical Summariser Team manage all of the new patients notes that transfer.
