Online Access
Online access allows you to book, cancel, check or change appointments without the need to call or visit the surgery. It also allows you to view your medial records, see test results once they have been reported on by the GP and order repeat medications. You can sign up for our online services by clicking on the following the link and completing the application form: https://trinitymedicalcentrehove.co.uk/registering-for-online-service/
Once this is completed and you have received your log in details you can are able to use the service 24/7 by following this link https://www.patientaccess.com/
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
Not all problems can be dealt with in a single 10 minute appointment so we ask that you refer to the following guide when booking appointments online.
Double appointments (20 minutes) are required for the following:
- Gynecological problems/concerns (where an examination may be needed)
- Joint injection (must have been discussed and agreed with a GP prior to booking)
- If an interpreter is required to assist you at your appointment. We can arrange this for you via the surgery
- New/ ongoing mental health concerns
If you arrive for an appointment that does not allow the correct time there is a risk that you may have to re book and not be seen that day.
