Online Access

Online access allows you to cancel and check appointments without the need to call or visit the surgery. It also allows you to view your medial records, see test results once they have been reported on by the GP and order repeat medications. You can sign up for our online services by clicking on the following the link and completing the application form: https://trinitymedicalcentrehove.co.uk/registering-for-online-service/

Once this is completed and you have received your log in details you can are able to use the service 24/7 by following this link https://www.patientaccess.com/

 

To book new appointments, we encourage patients to use our online consultation service by clicking this link Contact us about your request

If you are unable to use the online consultation system then you can still contact us on the phone and come in to the front desk and speak with a patient care coordinator and they will be able to assist you.
