HERA – Healing and Visual Arts

The Healing Arts is a network of programs that uses the arts, creative therapies, integrative medicine, and other healing approaches to enhance quality of life, health and wellbeing of patients, staff and community.

These activities are specifically designed to improve the functional health and wellbeing of participants whether they are suffering from physical or mental illness or a combination of both. HERA is available to all Patients within the Goldstone PCN, made up of Charter Medical Centre, Trinity Medical Centre, and Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre. The programme is run from Brighton Health and Wellbeing Centre.

V & A Talks –  Get to know the history of a variety of subjects from the comfort of your own home! Running on Saturdays.

There are new groups running:
Creative Writing with Rosanna, Tuesdays at Brighton and Hove Wellbeing Centre 6pm.
Art for Young People with Heidi,  Tuesdays 5pm at the Whitehawk Inn
