Blood Pressure Checks

High blood pressure puts extra strain on your heart and blood vessels; this is called hypertension and over time it can lead to health problems. Find out more about the campaign here: https://bit.ly/3kCXijC #LivingWithHypertension

It is important that your blood pressure is kept within a healthy range if on blood pressure medication or have a diagnosis of hypertension, it is important to have this checked annually. Please make a 10-minute appointment to see a healthcare assistant and if able to please bring a urine sample.

If you are concerned about your blood pressure, please phone and book an appointment.
