The Dementia Clinic is designed to provide expert, compassionate assessments and tailored support for individuals and their families across West Sussex, Brighton & Hove. Demand has been established through engagement, Consultations with the public, Age UK WSBH service users, and internal teams, these revealed a willingness to pay for quicker assessments and emphasised the importance of navigation and post-diagnostic support.
While we are currently welcoming enquiries, we kindly ask for your patience as the clinic has not yet officially launched. We look forward to sharing the official opening date with you soon.
