Before you pick up the phone or take time out to come to the practice, please consider the use of our new AccuRx Online Consultation.

What can you use AccuRx Online Consultation for?

This can be used for most enquiries you may have, like:

  • Medical advice
  • Requests for fit notes
  • Access to your GP for telephone appointment
  • Access to your GP for face to face appointments
  • Test Results

How to access?

Simply click on the AccuRx contact us online image at the top of our homepage or follow this link and complete the simple questionnaire. This will then be sent to the practice and will be processed and passed to the most appropriate member of the team.

Opening times

The AccuRx online consultation service will be available Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, excluding bank holidays.

When will you get a response?

We aim to respond to your online consultation before the end of the next working day but due to the increase in demand, at times there may be a slight delay. Once our admin team have processed your online consultation they will send you a notification via sms or email advising you of when an appointment has been booked and what type of appointment it is. It may be that you are booked in, in a few days’ time so that the most appropriate clinician is able to process your query (for example, this is something a specific clinician has been dealing with).
If your online consultation is regarding an administrative or prescription query, you will be advised when this has been passed on to the relevant team.  If your condition deteriorates or you feel that you need medical attention sooner, please contact the practice on 01273736030 and 111 or 999 if it is an emergency.
