Ordering medication for a resident 

What you should do:

• Set up proxy access for residents (for help with this, please email
• Send all requests via email to sxicb-bh.trinitymedicalcentreprescriptions@nhs.net
• If you have queries, you can send them to the above email address or discuss at your next round day
• If you have an urgent request, use the email subject header of “URGENT  and add CARE HOME NAME/ RESIDENTS NAME AND DOB/ NHS NUMBER”

What you should not do: 

• Send prescription requests to a named individuals email address
• Send prescription requests to the generic Trinity email account
