Patient Access Service

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

Not all problems can be dealt with in a single 10 minute appointment so we ask that you refer to the following guide when booking appointments online.

Double appointments (20 minutes) are required for the following:

• ​Gynecological problems/concerns (where an examination may be needed)
• Joint injection (must have been discussed and agreed with a GP prior to booking)
• If an interpreter is required to assist you at your appointment. We can arrange this for you via the surgery
• New/ ongoing mental health concerns

If you arrive for an appointment that does not allow the correct time there is a risk that you may have to re book and not be seen that day. Please refer to one of our administrators for more information
